  • Since our products (such as gemstones, spiritual items, and customized products) are carefully selected and often prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation is not permitted after order confirmation.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns: Due to the sensitive and spiritual nature of gemstones and occult products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
  • Limited Exchange Available: Exchange may be considered only in the following cases:
    • You received a damaged product
    • You received a wrong item

👉 To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video or images).

In case of exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Refunds Issued Only For:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical issue.

Refund Process
